We operate a fully integrated management system. We are proud to hold accreditation from The Steel Construction Certification Scheme to the ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 management standards. Robinson have held this triple certification since 2003. We were one of the first companies in our industry to hold all three accreditations.
Robinson are members of the Register of Qualified Steelwork Contractors. We hold a gold standard award under The Steel Construction Sustainability Charter. Robinson are accredited contractors within The Contractors Health and Safety Assessment Scheme (CHAS) and we hold a gold certificate of commitment from The Construction Skills Certification Scheme.
Continuous improvement is a key aim. We have an active management programme which sets objectives and targets at all levels of the company to improve our quality, safety and environmental performance.
Staff training and development is recognised as a key factor in the achievement of all our goals. We recognise, and comply with, the MCG strategy for a qualified workforce. Amongst many other training projects, Robinson have been closely involved with the development of NVQ qualifications for steel erectors and we have our own in house assessors for this and other NVQs.
