Our experienced sales staff will be able to produce a bespoke quotation identifying all your needs. We will advise you regarding Planning Permission, Building Regulations, CDM Regulations and all other relevant legislation.
Upon ordering your building we will assign to your project one of our experienced, dedicated Contract Managers, who will be there until completion and will be available to assist and advise you.
We will handle the planning permission for a Set Fee agreed in advance!
We will handle the Building Regulation application for a Set Fee agreed in advance!
We will act as Principle Contractor for our works and CDM coordinator if required.
We will carry out initial site work and construct the foundations for your building. (if required)
We will manufacturer and erect the steelwork in accordance with the National Structural Steelwork Specification and Building Regulations.
We will clad your building in accordance with Building Regulations.
We will supply all doors and windows as required.
We will supply all internal mezzanine floors and staircase as required.
We will organise the construction of floor slabs, internal offices, toilets, electrics, car parks etc with one of our recommended Partnering Contractors. (if required)
We will provide you with a final project file which contains all the relevant information on materials supplied by us for future maintenance and servicing.
We will visit you upon completion of our works to personally Hand Over your project, assuring you of our commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.
