It
is the Policy of Robinson Construction to maintain Registration, as a firm of
assessed capability to BSENISO9001:2000, ensuring that all Company products are
designed,manufactured and constructed to the effective standard appropriate at
the date an order is placed, and in line with Customer's quality, reliability,
safety, contract and specification requirements.
The Quality manual defines functional responsibilities and essential criteria
to control the Company Policy and fully in compliance with BSENISO900 :2000 and
SCQ 101 Rev. 4.
The Quality Assurance Manager has the responsibility and authority to monitor
the implementation, effectiveness and suitability of the Quality Management
System and to ensure quality objectives and targets are met.
The Quality Management System has the complete support and commitment of the
Company's Executive and Functional Management, who will ensure that the Quality
Policy is understood, implemented and maintained at all levels of the
organisation, directing all employees to comply with the contents of the
Quality Manual / Procedures.
The Company's Executive Management will endeavour to continually improve the
effectiveness of the Quality Management System by establishing and reviewing
quality objectives. It is the Company's aim to archive customer
satisfaction, by ensuring customer requirements are determined and met and by
preventing non-conformity at all stages.
Customer satisfaction will be monitored via feedback and the Company's Customer
Compliants Procedure, the results of which will be presented at the annual
Management Review Meeting.
Access and facilities will be provided at all reasonable times to Purchases and
Purchase's Representatives.
