Bowler Energy
  • Location: Derbyshire

    Value: £916,000.00 (INC VAT)

Following the order request in January 2014 a thorough project was undertaken, previously we had assisted the client for a £500,000.00 order, of which now it has expanded for the new offices desired by the customer.

Throughout the project there was a close enticed relationship since an entire project process was carried out from initial planning of the site, to construction and finalising the structure for facilitation. We were the principle contractors for this project as shown with the thorough assistance provided to the client.

  • Location: 910 Centre Park, Mewsey and Whitecross, Warrington

    Value: £420,000.00 (INC VAT)

Starting December 2014 a project was undertaken to produce a structure to provide offices and a reception area as an extension of the existing building. Similar to the Bowler Energy project, this was a complete package that was provided by us, with us being the principle contractor, where we assisted with the initial planning and design of the structure as well as advising how to overcome the flood risks implied due to the nearby flood plain as well as the internal fittings of the building.

  • Location: Kent, Canterbury

    Value: £657,420.00 (INC VAT)

In early March 2013 a unique project began which consisted of a car pit, large concrete yard, standard office block and enough area for waste products for a scrapyard recycling facility. The car pit was formed through pouring concrete walls into the pit. Overall, the site covered a large area to control the flow of recycling required from the newly created car pit, to the office block to manage the financial side of the facility. All in all, a very effectively completed job since it was complete by early November.

"We really valued the chance to talk through our plans with Alex and we have ended up with a well-thought out, flexible and efficient store that was completed on time and on budget,"
